First day of school!
I thought Quinn would be awake with the roosters this morning, excited for school as she is. But instead of being woken up by her chattering, as we normally are, we were awakened by the alarm clock.
I opened her bedroom door which--if she's not already awake--usually makes her pop right up. Nope. After I showered and got dressed, I went in and turned on her light. There was some squinting for a second, but nope...she wasn't going to give in. Finally, I leaned over and said, "WHO'S A BUNNY? WHO? IS? A? BUNNY???" She opened her eyes a little, looked at me, and turned over.
Finally, I took her covers off and opened her shades. She stretched for about five hours, then lay there looking at me blankly.
"I want my covers back on," she finally said.
Now she's kind of eating her breakfast, but kind of assing around too. Andy spent the morning dancing around chirping, "I'm so excited! I'M SO EXCITED!"
I think he's more excited than both of us put together.
I just want us out of the house in three minutes.

Hey Amy it is starting to happen, the sleeping in, not getting up. I must admit that I cannot WAIT until the bunny is gone and here comes the attitudey, smart talkin, teen. I know that is years away but I will be there laughing.....And my response to you when you ask me to drive her on her date, b/c I will not have a life of my own, will be no b/c you said I was trash for liking John Stossell.*Or maybe Quinn can come and live with me and him in NYC. Who knows, good luck with school, I sure hope she is not the smelly kid in class....

I miss you guys:( I cant wait to hear more about school. How did it go?? Did my Diva Bunny impress?? Is she just the BEST or what??*Did you make it on time?
