Whew

Cooper was escorted back home by his Grandma Lester today. I told Andy that maybe it wouldn't be so bad if Quinn were an only child. I love Cooper, but whew! It's tiring taking care of two at once.

And don't even post your hardship stories...my mom had seven, and my aunt had six under six (two sets of twins in a row). So I know from hardship. It's still tiring taking care of two.

Andy is out of town tonight, so I put Quinn to bed at 6:45 p.m. and I am going to be following her shortly.

Ahhhhhhhhhh...silence.

Remember this baby went home and your next one won't. I'm not giving you any hardship story just the facts. It's not easy. I personally think being an only child is just fine and sometimes I wish I were any only child.

I thought it was hard but you get used to it..I know I only had two and they were 4 years apart. But I was an only child--sister is 12 years older and gone by the time I was six...it's tuff work being the only focus. Quinn might actually like the "break" from being the center of attention! I sure did whenever sister came home...suddenly what was "wrong" with me wasn't so pressing!

I agree w/ Karen, you get used too it .. esp when it's YOURS, lol. I have twin 17 month olds and am pg with our third (only ONE this time. I can't image life with just one baby.. I think most anyone gets used to however many they are given (or have rather, lol).. but if you can give them back to their rightful owners, then we realize how tiring they can be.. ;)
