Happier!

I'm cleaning my office and as a special gift, God has sent me "Sixteen Candles" on TBS. I haven't seen it since I was in the hospital having Quinn. It was Sunday morning, and I was up early and bored...and some station was playing a John Hughes marathon. When I came upon it, I think I was *almost* as elated as I was when Quinn was born.

Samantha has just discovered that her grandparents are in her bedroom. I love Billie Bird more than I love most things.

Oh, was this weblog about Quinn?

She's been fine since her breath-holding antics began. She's still doing it, but we're not supposed to worry about it anymore. It's just a behavior thing, nothing physical. Mmm hmm.

Her grandparents from Idaho came to visit her over the weekend, which was very fun and festive. She stayed with them and her dadder while I skipped off to a Melissa Etheridge concert on Saturday night. She's a good bunny.

She is so smiley and happy and she waves and plays quietly and I think we'll be keeping her.

I wish we could keep Billie Bird, too. Oh my god. Is she dead? checking imdb.com Whew! Still alive! Come on, Billie! Come right over here!
