Rough a.m.
Quinn has a very tough morning schedule.
She wakes up and grins BIG FAT TOOTHLESS grins at whoever rescues her from her crib. Then, depending on her mood, she either lays in bed with us and talks, or she gets spirited away to eat. Usually it talkes a long time for her to drink the first bottle of the day because she is so genuinely pleased to see me...she can only slurp for a few seconds before she has to bat her eyelashes, tilt her head back, and coo.
When we're finally done with that, we return to the bed for more play time. She pets Baxter, listens to
the most horrible radio station on earth (but the only one that comes in on our clock radio), and listens to me jabber about what we're going to do today. She's also told many times that she's a VERY PRETTY BUNNY. "Who is mama's pretty bunny?" I ask her, and she squeaks heartily in reply. She knows. She knows she's the pretty bunny.
Next, it's off to the bath, which we do as quickly as possible because of her dislike of being naked. I name all of her body parts as I wash them, which only seems to worry her, as she studies me with a furrowed brow and makes no attempt to return my smiles. We go up to her room and listen to more bad radio while she gets dressed for the day. When she's nice and groomed, I plop her in her bouncy seat on my desk and she falls asleep for her nap while I putz around.
It's very hard to be Quinn Lester.

Oh my... yes, I can see how difficult it must be to be such an adorable, cute, cuddly baby bunny. How does she do it?

Pretty Bunny -- I love that nickname! My girls were all Sweet Angels. Pretty Bunny is much more imaginative and cute. Quinn's such a lucky girl.

Oh my. If I didn't have "baby fever" before reading this, I definitely do now! :)
