No one has ever asked me about the lyrics on the left-hand side of this page...but surely someone (Gael?) must know what they're from!

I was all dressed and fed and ready to go to Curves until I realized that my knee hurts so much that I can't even walk on it. (I must have hurt it yesterday at Curves?) So I didn't go. What do you do for a knee that hurts? Jeez.

I am so looking forward to summer that it's just distracting. I am sick of gray, rainy, cool weather. I want to live in Florida again, darnit. But Andy thinks Florida is "too hot." Humph.

Maureen is engaged and Danny passed his state boards and is officially a hair stylist for Mario Tricoci. Wow.

They're from Alice, right? I loved that show!

were the lyrics supposed to be a secret? a challenge? i just assumed everyone would know them.... i knew them, even though that was NOT one of my favorite shows... but maybe i'm just more of a tv junkie than most (well, not than YOU, of course).

Andy is right! Florida is too F*&#ing hot. It is what hell must feel like...plus, it's too expensive, you can't get good homeowners insurance, I could go on, you know. If you ever need talking out of it, call me.

I am sorry about your knee. Hang in there!

My biological father lives in Florida. It is nice when the weather where you currently live sucks like it does in Indiana. Indiana is the WORST for unpredictable weather. For instance, today it is raining and cold. Three days ago it was 71 degrees. Now, because of the wonderful weather, everyone is sicker than hell. It's lovely, believe me. So, Florida sounds great about now. I'm with ya there...

I didn't recognize the lyrics when I started reading this site. I Googled them and found out they're from "Alice." I am a dork.

We never had Alice here! Never heard of that sitcom.
Amy...I always loved those words and just assumed it was your clever writing! I especially liked "Kicking myself for nothing was my favourite sport"
I know about that!
