Thanks, everyone, for your comments and advice and whoo-hoo'ing on the last entry. Here's where we're at: the owners of the house we want accepted our offer, and we have a contract. It's contingent on selling our home in 30 days. Our home has been on the market for 2 days now, and we're already getting appointments for showings. The house is straightened up and presentable if you don't look to hard or check the closets thoroughly or wander into Andy's office / the laundry room.
